Jaffaria Waqf allocates a land to build a hospital for sickle-cell anemia (SCA)

The Chairman of the Jaffaria Waqf Board, Shaikh Mohsin Al Asfoor announced the allocation of a land to build a hospital that offers for the first time medical care and integrated services for SCA patients, and work in parallel on engaging them in all jobs.

During his meeting with Bahrain Society for Sickle Cell Anemia Patient Care Chairman. Zakariya Ibrahim AlKadhim, Al Asfoor stressed the importance of the efforts of the Society in serving the patients and communicating with all the relevant authorities to provide better services for patients. Al Asfoor pointed out that the Jaffaria Waqf is keen on communicating and partnership with civil society institutions and invest the possibilities to serve various segments of the society, stressing the importance of coordination with the Ministry of Health to turn this dream into a reality, because the hospital project would provide integrated services to patients, which is the goal that everyone is looking forward to.
