The Governor of the Capital Governorate, Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, received the Chairman of the Jaffaria Waqf Directorate Shaikh Mohsin Al Asfoorin his office located in Gudaibiya. Shaikh Al Asfoor extended his thanks to the wise leadership, the Ministry of Interior and the Capital Governorate for their efforts for the success of the rituals of Ashura.
The meeting discussed the cooperation and coordination between the two sides in the coming years to meet the needs of the Mattams and processions in the Capital Governorate. The two parties also expressed their willingness to coordinate on some charity projects in the capital, to contribute with the concerned authorities to overcome unemployment, and to invest the available potentials in the capital.
