This department is responsible for registering the new endowments and to follow up on the registration of the old ones.

The duties of this unit:

- To get and renew certificates of survey of mosques mattams and endowments.
\r
- Follow up on whatever occurs to the endowments such as a change in the status, deducting or adding, etc.
\r
- Provide other departments with anything they may need such as information, certificates of survey, copies of property documents, etc.
\r
- Follow up on the allocation of lands to build mosques and mattams.
\r
\r
