This department is responsible for renting the real estates and buildings of the Jaffaria Waqf Endowment.

The duties of this unit:

- Renting the properties of the Directorate such as buildings,shops, houses, etc.
\r
- Preparing different types of lease agreements.
\r
- Coordinating with the maintenance unit to provide the required maintenance for the endowments’ real estates.
\r
- To provide the Committee of Detection and Rents with full information about different endowments’ lands.
\r
- To coordinate with the official authorities such as municipality, electricity and water, etc.
\r
