The duties of this unit:

- Providing advices and opinions on different issues according to the Islamic law.
\r
- Study the transactions based on different Islamic doctrines.
\r
- Develop the researches of the provisions of the endowment, in both private and public sectors.
\r
- Study the problems of Waqf and develop Islamic solutions for them.
\r
- Contacting the scholars to find out their views on Islamic issues.
\r
- Coordination between the scholars and the Islamic courts in order to address the affairs of Awqaf according to Islamic law.
